Bar Diamond Bar is selling small square bales of USDA Premium Coastal Hay while supplies last. Our hay has been tested, with results ranging from 16% to 21% protein content. In addition, all of our hay has been treated with forage-safe pre-emergent and fertilizer.
Our hay can be picked up in Comanche County, TX, or delivered to you. Our delivery rate is $4/mile with a minimum distance of 25 miles.

We have tested our hay’s protein content to ensure it meets the USDA premium standard. Our hay’s protein content ranges from 16% to 21%, while the USDA Premium threshold is 13%.
Yes, we ensure that any chemicals added to improve the quality of our crop are only treated with forage-approved substances to ensure the safety of livestock.
Our hay is tested 2 weeks before cutting. Multiple samples are taken around the fields, and the grass is cut to hay height and shipped to the Texas A&M forage testing laboratory. Results are received the week of cutting; these tests show the protein percentage, and prices are based on these results.
